EXPLANATION OF THE ECOTOURISM NURSING CENTER PROJECT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Investment necessity

1)    In fact, in modern society, when children are busy with work and personal life,  the elderly will have a need for health care, entertainment and meeting with the  community of the same generation.
2)    In recent years, the demand for health care services for the elderly has been increasing, companies are investing in building a nursing home model combined with modern eco-tourism and a harmoniously arranged landscape to serve the needs of the elderly.
3)    Catching up with the trend of care services for the elderly, we also focus on the design  layout of an impressive, modern ecotourism nursing center, bringing experiences to the elderly in a practical, reasonable and best way. Especially through the project, the position, prestige and brand of the elderly health care field will increase. 
Thus, from the above objective practice, it can be said that construction investment is inevitable and necessary, both satisfying local development goals and requirements and bringing profits to investors. 
 - General objectives

- Bringing a happy and healthy life, fully enjoying material and spiritual to the elderly community in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and coming from neighboring localities.

- Building a new environment for the elderly community, an environment where they can be assured of food, shelter, health care, improved emotional support, optimal solutions for children and grandchildren to have conditions to care and still maintain their jobs,  Study while parents and grandparents enjoy living with their peers, taking care of both physically and mentally.
 - Specific objectives
  -    Care for the elderly 
   -   Invest in building a high-quality ecotourism nursing center with modern health care and therapy equipment, divided into: nursing home, high-tech agriculture, ecotourism,... integrating items together with different service packages for regular health check-up care, therapy and long-term nursing for the elderly.
  -  Create employment conditions for some people in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.

 -    Organizing high-quality convalescence, the purpose of the center is to create satisfaction, comfort and satisfaction for those who come to rest, comfort – nursing. 
+ The aging rate of Vietnamese people is increasing
 As a country with an increasing average life expectancy, Vietnam is experiencing a rapid aging population. In 2011, our country entered the aging phase, the population structure shifted towards more old people than young people. By 2050, Vietnam will have a super-elderly population, of which over 20% of the population is over 65 years old. This is a global trend, with countries such as China, the US, Germany and the UK all expected to have more than 20 super-aged cities each by 20

In the future, the traditional family model will gradually change and witness more opportunities for the nursing home segment. Nursing real estate development is both an effective solution to these challenges and opens up many other economic and social development opportunities, in addition to the State's health care facilities. Along with that is the increasing rate of population aging, compared to the same other countries, in Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province and in Vietnam, there are many advantages of landscape that have developed strongly in the field of ecotourism before. When the project is put into operation and strongly developed, this segment will attract a large number of markets from overseas Vietnamese customers, more than 5.3 million overseas Vietnamese returning to their homeland of Vietnam to retreat their old age. In our country, nursing home architecture lacks independence in type, making the appearance in front of customers unclear. The classification of nursing homes in our country is almost nonexistent, standards and norms are not uniform in both concept and name, reception objects and contents are very close to each other, levels and equipment are not uniform. Therefore, when implementing the project, the ecotourism nursing center is implemented on a clear classification structure, which will contribute to promoting a more complete system of design standards and regulations, as a scientific and practical basis for managers.
